Kudos to United Finance Sales & Services

THE EDITOR, Sir:
Quite recently, I visited United Finance Sales & Services Limited, located on Union Street in Montego Bay, to transact some business. I was very much impressed with the high levels of efficient customer service that I received from the sales staff at that company.
The customer service was intrinsically commendable, outstanding and exceptional, to put it bluntly, and might I add that they went beyond the call of duty to assist me, which I really appreciated because, by and large, customer service is very poor throughout many business establishments?
Frankly speaking, the staff are well trained, courteous, and most understanding when serving customers like myself, and they are an asset to the company.
The managing director, Oswald Martin, should also be applauded for consistently ensuring that his company is operated in an efficient and professional manner.
Well done, United Finance Sales & Services Limited.
