JA leave for World Table Tennis Championships

Jamaica’s three-man table tennis team leave today to compete in the World Team Table Tennis Championships in Guanzhou, China.



The Championship begins on February 24 and ends on March 2.



The team includes Peter Moo Young, Joseph Dibbs and Darryl Strachan.



Technical Director, Donald Salmon will serve as manager/coach, while Samuel Lamount travels as Head of Delegation.



Clive Johnson, one of Jamaica’s four International Umpires will referee some of the championship matches.
