Armadale fire investigator testifies

Fire investigator Assistant Superintendent Fitzroy Rowe has testified that the deadly blaze at the Armadale Juvenile Correctional Centre was not caused by an electrical problem.
He was giving his testimony this morning on Day 26 of the Commission of Enquiry into the May 22 incident, which left seven wards dead.
