Troy Bridge to be closed

The National Works Agency (NWA) says it will be closing the Troy Bridge in Trelawny to facilitate the construction of a bailey bridge.
The bridge will be closed tomorrow and is scheduled to re-open on Saturday.
Communications and Customer Service Manager at the NWA Stephen Shaw says the move is aimed at strengthening the current structure to accommodate heavy traffic.
He’s advising motorists to use alternative routes.
