Oil price hike

Motorists will be paying more for petroleum products when they go to the pumps today.
The Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (Petrojam) said the prices would be increased by $1.59 per litre.
Unleaded 87 and 90 gasoline will be sold for $60.87 and $62.31 per litre respectively.
Automotive diesel oil will cost $2.59 per litre and will be sold for $65.80.
Kerosene oil will be increased by $2.57 per litre and will be for $65.94.
The price of cooking gas will be increased by $0.71 and will be sold $35.64 per litre.
As is customary, retailers will add their respective markup to the announced prices.
