Claro strengthens security

Telecommunications firm Claro has strengthened its security procedures by placing security guards at all its sites island-wide.



The company said the move has become necessary in light of the recent burglaries at its locations.



The company said some perpetrators have already been captured since it beefed up security and stolen fuel has also been recovered.



The company said its also concerned about security breaches at its sites, as well as the potential harm to its operations and is taking every precaution to prevent or minimize possible losses.
