Police investigators are probing further developments in the case of the

10-year-old Duhaney Park Primary School student who was found yesterday after being missing for two days.

The student Annaleise Davis is now in the care of the state after she was briefly reunited with family members yesterday.

Head of the St Andrew South Police, Superintendent Delroy Hewitt said police investigations and medical examinations have revealed matters, which he said, are of a sensitive nature.

He however declined to state the nature of the sensitive matters.

Meanwhile, the woman who found Annaleise has been taken into custody and is to be charged for breaches of the Child Care and Protection Act.

The woman could face three months in prison or a fine of $150,000.

It is reported that the woman found Annaleise on Hope Road in St Andrew on Tuesday night and only took her to the Cross Roads Police station yesterday morning.
