Ghana will be looking to become the first African team to win the Under-20 World Cup and stop South America’s dominance when they play Brazil in the final today.

Ghana lost finals to Brazil in 1993 and Argentina in 2001, while Brazil hope to win the tournament for the fifth time and move within one of Argentina’s record of six titles.

Brazil last won the tournament in 2003, and victory will make it five straight tournament wins for South American teams.

Argentina have won the last two titles and three of the last four.

The Brazilians advanced to the final, following a lack luster 1-0 win over Costa Rica, while Ghana defeated Hungary 3-2 in a far more entertaining match.
