The Opposition People\'s National Party is expressing deep concern about the possibility of a second wave of the H1N1 virus.

Already there have been 133 confirmed cases with five deaths as a result of the virus.

There are projections that the second wave of the virus this winter season could be even worse.

However the Opposition spokesman on health Dr Fenton Ferguson said the Government is yet to outline a plan to deal with the possible spike in H1N1 cases.

Dr Ferguson said he has not been able to meet with the Health ministry to discuss his concerns.

He is also demanding that the health minister provide an update on the status of the hand, foot and mouth disease.

More than five cases have been confirmed locally.
