Father and son arrested

A father and his son have been arrested and charged in connection with last night’s seizure of a firearm on Windward Road in Kingston 2.
Keith Clarke, 47, and his 24 year old son, Kenot of Norman Avenue, Kingston 2, have been charged with illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.
It is reported that around 9.45 p.m. a white Toyota Corolla motor car, driven by Kenot was stopped and searched by members of a police patrol.
A 9 millimetre Browning pistol with one magazine containing three cartridges was reportedly found.
Kenot and his father, who was a passenger in the vehicle, were taken into custody and charged.
They are to appear in the Gun Court on April 4.
