Jamaica’s most dominant high school team over the past 10 years at the Penn relays, Holmwood Technical, will be recognised at this year’s meet.

The Maurice Wilson-coached 2001 four by 400-metre relay team will be inducted into the Penn Relays’ Wall of Fame.

The quartet of Karrian Whyte, Karen Gayle, Aneisha McLaughlin and Sheryl Morgan will be honoured for their outstanding time of 3.34.75.

The time recorded still stands as the fastest time by a female high school team at the championships.
