May Pen police investigate man’s murder

The May Pen CIB has commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding the murder of a man at Girvon Avenue, May Pen, Clarendon yesterday morning.



Dead is Fitz-Patrick Bell, 25, of Buzzrock, Effortville, in the parish.



According to police reports about 11:15 a.m., Bell went to a shop in the community. Shortly after, explosions were heard. Bell was later found inside the shop suffering from gunshot wounds. The police were called and he was taken to the May Pen Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Investigations continue.
