Last Friday, Allied Insurance Brokers (AIB), First Global Bank (FGB) and First Global Financial Services (FGFS) fêted heavy hitters in the construction industry during a networking soirée dubbed 'Under Construction'.

Patrons were wowed by the Belmont Road venue, fashioned after a construction site (executed by Karl Hart). Meanwhile, AIB FGB and FGFS executives and sales representatives donned hard hats and high-visibility vests in true construction-worker style. Guests were awarded numerous spot prizes courtesy of Lascelles and Digicel, and learned more than a few things at a display booth set up by National Safety Limited. The event was supported by sponsors Tank-Weld (Construction) Company Ltd Caribbean Cement and Happy Ice.

The event, the first of its kind, sought to strengthen relationships among the three entities and key players in the property sector, while also highlighting the industry's special needs with a view to customising and bundling product offerings.
