Zimbabwean gov't has failed the people

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I am distressed and disappointed by the suffering faced by people of Zimbabwe because President Emmerson Mnangagwa led-Government has failed to govern the country effectively.

It is also pathetic and disheartening that women in Zimbabwe are forced to use dirty old rags, and in some cases, even leaves as sanitary pads while the Government officials are putting the country resources into their own pockets.

The economy is down to its knees, there is no cash in ATMs and exchange rates are ever-changing. Zimbabweans are exposed to extreme poverty to the extent that they are migrating to other countries in search of better life, particularly South Africa which cannot accommodate more Zimbabweans.

The current administration should be removed, and the world should not be silent. otherwise all citizens living in Zimbabwe will become migrants in other countries in the future.
