JN Money continues to expand its services and has launched its eighth agent location in Bodden Town, Cayman, following expansion to Gambia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Ghana, Honduras, India, Kenya, the Philippines, Senegal, and Uganda in August 2025.

The company is deepening its roots in the Cayman Islands with the opening of its new agent location in Jacques Plaza, Bodden, becoming the first remittance provider in the area.

The move brings essential services closer to residents and strengthens the company’s commitment to bringing reliable and affordable remittance services to communities that have long been underserved.

“Cayman has a large migrant population and experiences significant remittance activity, so it’s vital that these services are convenient, reliable and accessible,” said Horace Hines, general manager of JN Money Services (JNMS). “By establishing a presence in Bodden Town, JN Money is ensuring that residents can send money safely and efficiently without having to travel long distances.”

He added that the expansion into underserved communities in the Cayman Islands reflects JN Money’s commitment to meeting customer needs while strengthening the company’s presence in the market.

The expansion of services in Cayman is also a key part of JN Money’s global strategy to strengthen its footprint in critical diaspora markets and countries worldwide. Hines highlighted that these growth initiatives are guided by careful market research and customer insights, ensuring migrants have reliable, secure and cost-effective ways to send money to their loved ones and improved access to other services including mobile top-ups and bill payments to other countries.

“This strategic approach not only meets the immediate needs of our customers but also reinforces JN Money’s position as a trusted financial partner,” he stressed.

The JNMS general manager noted that customers of the new Bodden Town location can expect the same high standards of service JN Money is known for.

Sanya Wallace, assistant general manager, with responsibility for strategy, at JNMS and interim country manager, JNMS Cayman, also disclosed that additional agent locations are in the pipeline for Walkers Road and in the East End in Cayman. She said these future locations are set to join the network in early 2026.

“Expanding into these communities reflects our ongoing commitment to serving customers where they live and work,” said Wallace. “By strengthening our presence across Cayman, we’re building lasting roots and supporting the people and communities that rely on us every day with convenient and secure financial services. This expansion ensures our customers can continue caring for their loved ones and remain connected with their families across borders without hassle.”
