1 cup lettuce or spinach
1/4 cup diced beet root
Juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1 medium sweet orange (ortanique)
1/2 inch washed ginger root
1/4 cup parsley
11/2 cups chilled water
2 drops pure vanilla essence
Add diced beet root, chilled diced pineapple, leafy greens, oranges, lemon juice and ginger root to blender.
Then add coconut water, spirulina, vanilla essence and ice cubes and blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined giving you that nourishing detoxifying blend.
