On arrival, guests were served a mimosa of Pierlant Blanc de Blancs Bruit and fresh orange juice with a fruit kebab for garnish.
The four-course meal was paired with wines from CPJ.
Pan-seared fillet mignon topped with fresh crab meat and foie gras sauce, with deep-fried soft boiled eggs with black truffle mayo on brioche with asparagus spears was the main course.

Garlic shrimp with cheesy white polenta and Brunswick smoked kippers with a cactus salad was the second course.
The grapenut yogurt parfait was to die for.

Mandeville and its environs are not necessarily known for their thriving entertainment industry. While persons are in love with the cool climate and the personalities that come with it, there are times when there is a need for a little buzz. Debe-Ann Lange-Chen of Cutting Edge Gourmet knows this too well and so she partnered with Ohran Cato, Wines brand manager at Caribbean Producers Jamaica, and Audley Knight, assistant vice-president, service and sales support, Victoria Mutual Building Society, and hosted Bubbles and Brunch last Sunday.

The four-course meal was paired with two Italian and two French sparkling wines from CPJ. The Beeston Mento band set the mood for a fun-filled event, keeping the guests entertained as they sang along.

Guests got to take home wine glasses from VMBS and Twining teas from Facey Commodity. Everyone left looking forward to the next event.
