FLOW disruption

THE EDITOR, Sir:

The telecommunication firm that goes by the acronym FLOW is doing just that: flowing right to the pits of hell. I have never seen another telecommunication provider that totally disregards their loyal customers.

Every other month, if we are lucky, in Spanish Town and surrounding environs, we can expect to suffer losses of cable, Internet and telephone services up to two weeks or more sometimes.

The people of the Old Capital deserve better. If the management of FLOW is unable to cope, step aside now, another company wants to take over.

The people of the Old Capital find it unacceptable the continued excuses that fibre cables have been stolen, hence disrupting service. Fix the cause of the problem and stop treating the symptoms!
