UPDATE: Omar Davies regains consciousness after collapsing - Burke

General Secretary of the People's National Party, Paul Burke has advised The Gleaner that he received information that Transport and Works Minister, and People’s National Party Member of Parliament for St Andrew South, Dr Omar Davies has regained consciousness.

Davies collapsed this morning and was rushed to hospital.

It is the second time in months that Davies has had to seek emergency medical attention.

The last time he also had to take leave of absence as Transport Minister.
