Warmington insisted that the report which was prepared by the Electoral Commission of Jamaica was not signed by the Parliament and was therefore unfit to be reviewed by a parliamentary committee.

St Catherine South West MP Everald Warmington on Tuesday brought a halt to a parliamentary meeting after insisting that the committee couldn't examine a report because it wasn't properly tabled.

The Constituency Boundaries Committee was meeting to review the Realignment of Boundaries report for the St Andrew North Eastern and Trelawny Southern constituencies which both have voting populations below the legal limit.

However, Warmington insisted that the report which was prepared by the Electoral Commission of Jamaica was not signed by the Parliament and was therefore unfit to be reviewed by a parliamentary committee.
