He inspires through relevant stories and thought-provoking, evidence-based research, breaking through the motivational paradigm that causes individuals to stretch and produce results. His wisdom and expertise enabled an Orlando-based health-care system to be acquired and a division of a hospitality company to be ranked No. 1 for customer service by Expedia.com.

He has 28 years of business experience with six different companies and is the former sales director for the world-renowned Disney Institute based at Walt Disney World Resort.

He resides in Windermere, Florida, with his wife and two children - his son, Daniel, is 16 and daughter, Madison, is 13.
But Bailey's endeavours were not attained overnight. "Fifteen years ago, I was sitting at my desk at the happiest place on earth (Walt Disney World) when my phone rang. It was a journalist from Florida Business Trend Magazine and Mickey Mouse Rule #1 was to never talk to the media unless authorised. Well, I wasn't authorised and I decided to do the interview. The journalist said to me, 'Where do you see yourself 10 to 15 years from now?' and I said, 'I see myself as president and CEO of the Walt Disney World Resort and eventually the chairman and CEO of the Walt Disney Company'.
"Well, he put this in print and my boss called me into the office and let's just say that it wasn't a pixie-dusted conversation. He asked if I had lost my mind in saying that I wanted to be the No.1 guy at Disney. I said, 'Larry, I work at a company whose motto is if your heart is in your dream, then no request is too extreme.' When you wish upon a star it makes no difference who you are, but obviously, it does here. Well, human resources showed up and asked me to sign a piece of paper that went into my personnel file. This career suicide move became the catalyst for the work that I do today."
When asked how he manages what must be a hectic schedule, he confessed: "Make everything a priority. Work on being effective, not just busy. My family is a priority. My spiritual development is a priority. Everything matters to me and everything is important."
And don't think he does not enjoy downtime: "I like to go to movies. My favourite one is Coming to America with Eddie Murphy. I am a big fan of the James Bond movies - all of them. I also like to read and play golf."
