Internationally acclaimed gospel artiste Chevelle Franklyn is set to join a stellar line-up of global worship leaders at the world’s largest gospel concert, House On The Rock’s The Experience @20 on December 5, at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, Nigeria. This year’s concert marks two decades of unbroken worship, unity, and faith shared by millions across the world.

“It’s an honour to be part of The Experience @20. This is not just a concert to me, it’s a divine gathering where nations unite in one sound, one name, and one purpose ... Jesus,” Franklyn is quoted in a press release.

The all-night worship encounter will feature Travis Greene, Israel Houghton, Sinach, Mercy Chinwo, Naomi Raine, Chandler Moore, Onos Ariyo, Dunsin Oyekan, Frank Edwards, Muyiwa Olarewaju, Bidemi Olaoba, Mike Aremu, Beejay Sax, Moses Bliss, Mr M & Revelation, Adeyinka Alaseyori, the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir (LMGC), and, for the first time, Tolu Odukoya and Gaise Baba.

Chevelle Franklyn’s inclusion on this stage brings a vibrant Caribbean expression to the night of worship. Since the release of her acclaimed album South Wind Vol. 1, recorded in South Africa, Franklyn has enjoyed tremendous success and international recognition. The project’s unique fusion of English and Zulu worship has been celebrated globally for its cultural richness and spiritual resonance.

Since the start of the year, she has been honoured with several prestigious awards, including the Canadian Selah Music Awards – Female Artiste of the Year; Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards – Outstanding Praise & Worship Recording (Female) and Outstanding Adapted Recording (Female); and Sterling Gospel Music Awards – Female Artiste of the Year and Album of the Year. She also received two Grammy Certificates for her vocal contributions to previous award-winning projects.

In addition to her musical achievements, Chevelle Franklyn continues to extend her ministry beyond the stage through humanitarian outreach. In the wake of Hurricane Melissa, which devastated parts of western Jamaica earlier this year, Franklyn has been actively assisting affected families by providing essential supplies, personal care packages, and spiritual support through her networks. Her compassionate response reflects the same heart of unity and service that defines her music, a ministry anchored in love, faith, and action.
