President of the Cornwall Bar Association, George Thomas, has died from injuries he received in a traffic collision along the Flankers main road in Montego Bay this afternoon.‎

His son, Maurice, was driving the vehicle which was reportedly hit by a car at the stoplight at the Flankers/Whitehouse intersection.

"I can't even comment, I am at a loss for words. I will have to compose myself first," said noted attorney, Clayton Morgan.
