. JC Hutchinson – State minister in the Ministry of Science, Energy, Telecommunications and Transport. formerly minister of state in the Ministry of Transport and Mining

. Pearnel Charles Jr – New labour and social security minister; the third ministry he’ll be heading since 2020. Moved from Agriculture and Fisheries.

. Floyd Green – New minister of agriculture, fisheries and mining. Portfolios were previously held by Pearnel Charles Jr and Audley Shaw. Green was a minister without portfolio in the Office of the Prime Minister.
