The south-bound leg of the bridge that connects Constant Spring Road to Half-Way Tree Road in St Andrew has been reopened to vehicular traffic.
It has eased the traffic nightmare for users.
The heavily-trafficked thoroughfare collapsed due to a broken sewer main last week Thursday.
Corporate Public Relations Manager at the National Water Commission (NWC), Charles Buchannan, says all three lanes on the south-bound leg of the bridge are open.
Buchannan says work continues of the northbound leg, which he says is expected to be completed by Wednesday.
