Vessel with 13 people aboard capsizes near Port Royal

The police Corporate Communication Unit is reporting that a vessel with 13 people aboard has capsized between Port Royal and Lime Cay.
According to the police, the occupants have been rescued by the Jamaica Defence Force Coast Guard and residents of Port Royal.
The incident happened some time after midday.
The police say two of the occupants have been taken to hospital in unconscious states.
The vessel remains submerged.
