Ruthlyn Johnson (seconnd left), customer service area manager, East, Jamaica Public Service, shares a high-five with a resident of the Maxfield Park Children’s Home during the home’s back-to-school treat, held on Saturday, August 23. The event, organised by former resident Sashawna Tomlinson, treated the children to a day of rides, face painting, and meals. The JPS supported the initiative with school supplies including bags, books, and stationery, as part of the company’s wider back-to-school programme. This year, the JPS is investing over J$22 million to ease educational expenses for more than 1,300 students across Jamaica.
