An investigation is under way into a crash along the main road in Hellshire, Portmore, St Catherine this morning in which two persons, including a teenage boy, perished.

Those killed are 17-year-old Ryan Tulloch, otherwise called 'Dumpling', of Tawes Meadows in Spanish Town, and Jevaughn Martin, otherwise called 'Washie', a taxi driver of a Portmore address, both in St Catherine.

Reports are that around 3:00 a.m., Martin was driving a Honda Shuttle motor car along the roadway when he collided with a BMW motor car.

The cars were extensively damaged, and the occupants of both vehicles sustained injuries.

They were assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital for treatment, where Martin and Tulloch died.

The probe is being conducted by the Portmore Traffic Department.
