No parking permitted on Palisadoes Road to view fireworks show - Police

The police are advising motorists that they will be prosecuted if they park along Palisadoes Road in Kingston for the purpose of viewing the annual New Year fireworks show.
In an advisory today, the police noted that such action is illegal.
They said absolutely no vehicle will be permitted to park on the roadway.
Additionally, no parking will be allowed on the right-hand side of the road heading towards Norman Manley International Airport between 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and 12:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Motorists found in breach will be prosecuted and their vehicles will be towed.
