20 rounds of ammunition found in abandoned house in St Andrew

The police are reporting the seizure of 20 rounds of ammunition in an abandoned house in St Andrew.

No arrests were made.

Reports from the Elletson Road police are that about 5:45 p.m. on Friday, officers conducted an operation along Summerset Avenue, where an abandoned house was searched.

During the search, a bottle containing twenty 9mm cartridges was found hidden behind a stove.

The investigation is ongoing.
