Senior citizen found dead at St Catherine home

Police have launched a homicide investigation following the killing of a 68-year-old man at his home in Windsor Heights, St Catherine, on Friday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Hartman Johnson, a labourer of Walkers Avenue in the community.
Reports are that about 11 a.m. yesterday, passersby summoned the police after discovering Johnson lying unresponsive at the entrance to his house.
Upon arrival, officers observed that Johnson was in a pool of blood and had wounds to the neck, face and torso.
The scene was processed and the body removed for pronouncement.
