Missing St Andrew woman found safe, says family.

Lesa Esson, the 74-year-old St Andrew woman who was reported missing from her home in Mona Commons, Papine, has been found.

Her family confirmed her safe return following an appeal for public assistance.

Her son Michael Phillips said she was last seen at the family’s home about 4 a.m. “Somebody leave the gate open and before day this morning, she come out...,” he said, adding that she is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.

No further details were immediately available.
