Nigeria’s world record holder and World Championships winner, Tobi Amusan, clocked a season’s best time of 12.57 seconds to finish ahead of the field in the women’s 100 metres hurdles at the Racers’ Grand Prix at the National Stadium this evening.

United States of America’s Tia Jones finished second in 12.72 seconds, while Jamaica’s Tokyo Olympic Games’ bronze medallist Megan Tapper crossed the tape in 12.80 for third place.

Former World Under-20 Championships’ 100 metres hurdles winner, Kerrica Hill, failed to complete the race as she encountered difficulty at the second barrier.
