#TRIALS2023 | Dwyer enters men’s 200m final with fastest time
Rasheed Dwyer won semi-final two in 20.25 seconds to be the fastest qualifier for the men’s 200 metres final at the National Senior and Junior Championships at the National Stadium.
Dwyer finished ahead of Tyquendo Tracey, who clocked 20.75 seconds.
Andrew Hudson, the winner of the first semi-final, also booked his spot in the final as he crossed the tape in 20.31 seconds.
Yohan Blake following his disqualification in the men’s 100 metres, won the third semi-final in 20.35 seconds.
The field for the men’s 200 metres final, set for tomorrow at 7:45 p.m., is Dwyer, Hudson, Blake, Nigel Ellis, Shevioe Reid, Tracey, Bryan Levell and Adrian Kerr.
