Q: I am going to a part of a group counselling programme because of my fear of heights. How can I know that others won't talk my business after they leave the group?
A: The counsellor or psychologist will talk with the group about issues of confidentiality and may even make each participant sign a document stating that they would not discuss information shared outside of the group counselling sessions.
