The man accused of the murder of Trinidadian teacher, Michelle Coudray-Greaves returns to the Montego Bay Resident Magistrate’s Court today.

He is 45-year-old taxi operator Ivan Taylor.

Taylor has been in custody since June.

His lawyer Stacy-Ann Young has been complaining to the court that Taylor continues to be questioned by the police despite a court order barring them from doing so.

Resident Magistrate Sandra Wong-Small has warned that she will seek the intervention of the Commissioner of Police, if the interrogations do not stop.

Michelle Coudray-Greaves went missing on June 1, two days after returning to Jamaica from vacation in Trinidad.

Her burnt remains were found in a cane field close to Montego Bay on June 11.
