Smiles for Miss.
Dr Renée Rattray, director of education programmes at the JN Foundation, makes time for a selfie with grade four students at the Port Maria Primary School in St Mary after reading the classic tale ‘Black Beauty’ for them.

Teachers across the country were made to feel extra special yesterday, Teacher's Day. There were the gifts, hugs, and presentations dedicated to them - and, yes, the sometimes-toothless, always-contagious, heart-melting smiles.

We visited some schools to capture the moments.
