Man killed in hit and run in Portmore

The police are searching for the driver of a motor car which was involved in a fatal hit and run along Municipal Boulevard in Portmore, St Catherine, on Sunday night.
The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Gavin Blake, of Roaring River district, Steer Town, St Ann.
Reports are that about 10:15 p.m., Blake was walking along the roadway in Greater Portmore when he was hit by a white motor car which did not stop.
Blake was assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The Portmore Traffic Department is investigating the matter.
