Over 40 rounds of ammunition seized in Drewsland, St Andrew

Over 40 rounds of ammunition and an illegal firearm were seized on Tuesday during a police-military operation in Drewsland, St Andrew.
Reports from the Hunts Bay police are that around 6:35 a.m., an operation was conducted in the community, during which a premises was searched.
A Browning 9mm pistol with seven 9mm rounds and forty 7.62mm cartridges were seized.
No arrests were made in connection with the seizure.
