St Catherine police probing fatal motorcycle crash

The St Catherine police are investigating the death of a man who succumbed to injuries he sustained in a vehicular crash in the parish on Sunday.
He has been identified as Delroy Pottinger.
The police report that about 4:30 p.m. on February 8, Pottinger was a pillion rider on a motorcycle travelling along St John’s Road when the bike collided with a Honda CR-V SUV.
Pottinger and the rider sustained injuries, and both vehicles were damaged.
The injured men were taken to the Spanish Town Hospital, where Pottinger later succumbed to his injuries.
The drivers of both the CR-V and the motorcycle were warned for prosecution.
The St Catherine North Traffic Department is investigating the matter.
