Some of Jamaica’s hottest socialites rang in the new decade in fine style as they donned six-inch stiletto heels, sparkly evening gowns and tailored-to-fit three-piece suits. Amid a sea of other events being held on the Kingston waterfront on the night, Midnight at Bal Harbour stood out, offering nothing but good vibe, good music, good food and yes, you guessed it, endless liquor.
