Two men shot in gun attack at barbershop in St Catherine

A barber and a customer inside his shop were shot during a gun attack in the Marlie Hill district, St Catherine, on Sunday afternoon.
The police report that about 4:00 p.m., the barber was at his shop cutting a customer’s hair when two men, one armed with a gun, approached.
The gunman fired several shots, hitting the barber.
The customer, who was inside the shop, sustained a gunshot wound to his arm.
Both injured men were assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital for treatment.
No motive has been established in the matter.
The Guanaboa Vale Criminal Investigation Branch is probing the matter.
