The United States Embassy's Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) held its north coast members' meeting at  Sandals Royal Caribbean, Montego Bay, last Friday. The OSAC is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting security of the American community overseas by establishing a continuing liaison between the private secor and the embassy Telecoms giant LIME was in attendance.
