St Jago's Shanice Williams equals Champs record in Class Four 70m Hurdles Semifinals

St Jago’s Shanice Williams delivered a standout performance in the Girls Class Four 70m hurdles semifinals at the 2025 ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championships, equalling the Champs record with a time of 10.38 seconds at the National Stadium earlier today.

Williams now shares the record with Malayia Duncan, who set the mark in 2022 while representing Hydel High.

Wolmer’s Girls’ Odainna Creary was the next fastest qualifier with 10.61 seconds, followed by Philipia James of Convent of Mercy Academy (Alpha) in 10.67.
