The Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) says its building suffered minor impacts as a result of the passage of Hurricane Melissa.

As a result, the location will remain closed while clean-up operations take place today and tomorrow.

The central bank says it will reopen to the public on Friday, October 31.

It says it will continue to provide timely updates regarding its operations.
