Man dies after falling from delivery truck in Spanish Town

Tragedy struck in Spanish Town, St Catherine on Monday when a man who was offloading goods from a truck fell, hit his head, and later succumbed to his injuries.
He is yet to be identified by the police.
Reports are that about 10:20 a.m., the man was unloading cases of condensed milk on Morrison Street in Spanish Town when he reportedly fell and hit his head.
He became unresponsive and was assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital, where he later succumbed.
The incident has left many persons shocked.
“Mi just see him drop and dem tek him up to hospital. It sad, him really dead,” a bystander said.
The Spanish Town police are investigating the matter.
